You know, tubas can sing too!
Tubby the Tuba wants a melody all his own beyond just “oom-pah, oom-pah.”
Our musical adventure also includes Nimbus 2000 from Harry Potter and much more!
Come early and visit the Instrument Petting Zoo hosted by The Music Man!

Musica Nova MUSICA NOVA

Along with the Anchorage Symphony, seven other Orchestras and Universities have joined together to bring these two female powerhouses together. 2013 Juno Award winner Vivian Fung has been working very closely with soloist Mary Bowden, saying “It’s a back and forth process, and we will have her feedback…I really want to be able to display her talent. It’s difficult to be a soloist in a field dominated by men.”
