Free Neighborhood Concert

Neighborhood Concert
Saturday, January 19, 2019 - 2pm
(doors open at 1:30pm)
Bartlett High School Auditorium

Fun , Casual, and Free!

On Saturday, January 19th, bring the family to hear your Anchorage Symphony perform in YOUR neighborhood.  Enjoy works including Echoes, featuring dancers and drummers from the Alaska Native Heritage Center, music from Superman, William Tell Overture, and we wouldn’t forget Overture of 1812 with audience participation, and so much more!

ASO Music Director Randall Craig Fleischer says, “It’s going to be a totally informal, totally user-friendly, wear-your-jeans kind of concert. I’ll be talking with the audience about the pieces and I’ve chosen the repertoire to be completely approachable for everyone. It will be tons of fun.”

This event is not ticketed, but seating is limited.

Supported by founding sponsor, the Atwood Foundation
and the Music for My Neighbors Fund.

In partnership with the Anchorage School District and Bartlett High School.
